HOW IT WORKS
Through fermentation, ingredients undergo a breakdown into smaller molecules, enhancing their absorption and amplifying potency. This enables ingredients to permeate the skin gently and effectively.

Let's Start Over Barrier Repair Soufflé has been bio-fermented using efficacious strains of probiotics with Aloe Vera and Papaya. Aloe Vera softens, calms and soothes, whilst Papaya restores harmony to troublesome skin.
HERO INGREDIENTS
Bio-fermented Papaya: Anti-inflammatory and free radical fighting, an ideal ingredient for restoring stressed or troublesome skin whilst protecting against environmental stressors.
Bio-fermented Aloe Vera: Rich in vitamins and minerals, Aloe Vera is hydrating, anti-inflammatory, soothes irritation and itchiness, and provides a protective barrier on the skin.
Squalane: A plant based, natural emollient that locks in moisture and manages dryness. Helps to reduce fine lines and signs of ageing. An excellent ingredient for skin barrier support.
Mango Butter: Obtained from the seeds of the mango fruit, this butter is known to be an excellent moisturiser, along with the ability to soothe and calm irritated skin, forming a non-greasy protective barrier.
Ceramide Complex: A skin-identical concentrated complex of three different types of ceramides, cholesterol, free fatty acid and phytosphingosine which restores the protective barrier function of the skin. Ceramides help to build a barrier that prevents moisture from leaving the skin, making them ideal for dry, aging, imbalanced or sensitive skin.
Grapeseed Oil: An antioxidant-rich oil that absorbs easily into the skin, helping to fight bacteria that causes breakouts. A hard-working all-rounder that helps boost collagen production, manage redness, and fight free radicals caused by environmental stressors.

WILL IT STING OR IRRITATE IF MY SKIN IS REACTIVE?
It's very unlikely to cause irritation because we've formulated it to repair the barrier of very sensitive skin. In a consumer trial, 96% agreed that visible signs of dryness were reduced and their skin felt softer.* Our products are free from fragrance, dyes, drying alcohols, essential oils, silicones, parabens, sulphates, and harsh preservatives (phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, ethylhexylglycerin).

WHAT IS BIO-FERMENTED SKINCARE?
Fermentation is the same process that makes yoghurt, kimchi and sourdough. Cultures are added to an ingredient and left to work on it, which breaks it into smaller molecules and increases bioavailability.
The Barrier Repair Soufflé is bio-fermented with raw Aloe Vera/Lactobacillus, and raw Papaya/Lactobacillus, providing a gentle preservative system that maintains stability without irritating or drying out sensitive skin.
CAN I USE OTHER SERUMS WITH THIS PRODUCT?
Yes you can use any kind serum with this product. We recommend pairing with the Super Serum as they have been designed to be used together.
I'M USING VITAMIN A. IS THIS PRODUCT COMPATIBLE?
Retinoids can be tricky with sensitive skin. Always start with the lowest dose and very slowly work your way up to the desired dose. The Barrier Repair Soufflé is formulated to be a gentle and effective support system with exfoliating acids and retinols. We recommend applying those types of serums after moisturising, not before, if your skin is very sensitive.
